How does the platform fee work?▾
The platform fee is a percentage deducted from each sale. Bronze sellers pay 8%, Silver 7%, Gold 6%, and Platinum 5%. The fee covers payment processing, buyer protection, and platform maintenance.
When do I get paid after a sale?▾
Funds are released to your account balance once the buyer confirms they received the shipment. This protects both buyers and sellers and ensures trust on the platform.
Can I lose my Silver status?▾
Silver is evaluated periodically. If your metrics drop below the requirements (e.g., rating falls below 4.0 or cancellation rate rises above 10%), you may be moved back to Bronze until the metrics improve.
Can I cancel my Gold or Platinum subscription?▾
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your premium benefits remain active until the end of your billing period. After that, you return to Bronze (or Silver if you qualify).
Is bulk CSV import really free for everyone?▾
Yes! We want every seller to list as many cards as possible. Bulk CSV import is available on all tiers, including Bronze, at no extra cost.
What are Live+ Credits?▾
Live+ Credits are a special currency earned through marketplace purchases. Gold members earn 1% back (max €10 per transaction) and Platinum members earn 2% back (max €15 per transaction). Credits are capped per seller per month to prevent abuse. They can only be spent during Live+ auction streams.
Why is there a per-seller monthly cap on Live+ Credits?▾
The per-seller monthly cap prevents abuse where users could cycle transactions with friends to earn unlimited credits. Each buyer-seller pair has an independent monthly cap, so buying from many different sellers still earns you credits normally.
